Optimization of Braking Technology of Coal Mine Belt Conveyors
In coal mining,belt conveyors are the main transportation equipment underground,and their good braking effect can ensure the safe and efficient mining of coal mines.The brake effect of disc brake device of conveyor in Shanxi A Mine is poor,and cannot meet the actual mining needs.Therefore,based on specific cases,the GD type belt conveyor was studied,and the factors affecting the maximum torque of the braking device were analyzed.Then,from the aspects of technical transformation,structural optimization,and technological innovation,an upgrade scheme for braking technology was formulated.Through practical application,it was clear that the scheme can effectively improve the overall braking capacity of the belt conveyor,and the upgrading direction of conveyor braking technology was also proposed,in order to provide reference for the management of coal mine transportation equipment.
