深埋大变形复用巷道支护技术优化与应用

为解决复用巷道受强动压影响变形收敛破坏严重的问题,通过现场矿压监测表明:复用巷道变形具有明显滞后性,按其变形特征分为初始影响区、剧烈影响区、稳定区.现场采用一次注浆加固+锚索补强加固+二次注浆加固组合加固方式.工程实践表明:13092 巷经一次注浆加固+锚索补强加固+二次注浆加固有效控制了巷道有害变形,满足后期1310 工作面回采需求.
Support Technology Optimization and Application for Reusable Roadways with Large Burial Depth and Deformation
In order to solve the problem of severe deformation and convergence failure of reusable roadways under strong dynamic pressure,on-site mine pressure monitoring showed that the deformation of reusable roadways had obvious hysteresis,and can be divided into initial influence zone,severe influence zone,and stable zone according to their deformation characteristics.The combination of one-time grouting reinforcement+anchor cable reinforcement+secondary grouting reinforcement was adopted on site.Engineering practice showed that the method of primary grouting reinforcement+anchor cable reinforcement+secondary grouting reinforcement effectively controled harmful deformation of the roadway and meet the mining needs of 1310 working face in the later stage.
