厚煤层切顶卸压沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究

为解决厚煤层工作面沿空留巷过程中巷道变形量较大的难题,通过理论分析建立了切顶卸压巷旁充填力学模型,采用UDEC数值模拟方法优化了关键切顶参数,提出柔模混凝土巷旁充填切顶卸压沿空留巷支护方案.工程实践结果表明:3502 工作面回风巷道锚杆受力低于未进行切顶卸压的运输巷道约 37%,顶板最大下沉量在 40~150 mm,帮部的变形量小于120 mm,切顶卸压沿空留巷效果良好.研究结果可为相似地质条件的工作面切顶留巷参数设计提供一定的工程指导.
Surrounding Rock Control Technology in Goaf Retaining Roadway by Cutting Top and Relieving Pressure of Thick Coal Seams
In order to solve the problem of large amount of roadway deformation in goaf retaining process of thick coal seam working face,a mechanical model of goaf retaining at the side of cut and depressurized roadway was established through theoretical analysis.The key parameters of cut and depressurized roadway retaining were optimized by using UDEC numerical simulation method,and the support scheme of flexographic concrete side filling,cut and depressurized roadway retaining was proposed.The results of engineering practice show that the stress of the bolt in the return air roadway of 3502 working face is about 37%lower than that of the transportation roadway without cutting and pressure relieving,the maximum subsidence of the roof is 40-150 mm,the deformation of the side is less than 120 mm,and the effect of cutting and pressure relieving is good.The research results can provide some engineering guidance for the parameter design of cutting top and retaining roadway under similar geological conditions.
