主要探讨了变频调速技术在煤矿运输机中的应用.首先,介绍了煤矿运输机的关键作用和挑战,以及变频调速技术的基本原理.随后,了解变频调速技术的应用案例和其对设备性能的影响.在性能评估与效益分析方面,提供了经济效益、能源效益和生产效益的数据和案例支持.同时,关注了在应用过程中可能出现的问题和挑战以及解决方法,以确保设备的安全和可靠运行.旨在为煤炭行业提供实用建议,推动煤矿运输系统的现代化和可持续发展.

Abstract

This paper mainly discussed the application of variable frequency speed regulation technology in coal mine conveyers.Firstly,the key role and challenge of coal mine conveyers were introduced,as well as the basic principle of variable frequency speed regulation technology.Then,the application cases of frequency conversion speed regulation technology and its impact on equipment performance were understood.In the aspect of performance evaluation and benefit analysis,data and case support of economic benefit,energy benefit and production benefit were provided.At the same time,attention was paid to the problems and challenges that may arise in the application process and the solutions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.It aims to provide practical advice to the coal industry and promote the modernization and sustainable development of the coal mining transportation system.
