在煤矿井工开采时,掘进机是巷道掘进的一种重要设备.掘进机的电气控制系统是其正常工作的基础.随着时代的发展,现有的掘进机电气控制系统仍存在一些不足,需要进一步改进.分析了煤矿掘进机电控系统实现的主要功能,包括截割控制、姿态和位置控制、设备故障报警及保护,总结了电控系统运行过程中存在的不足,主要包括故障率高、工人操作强度大和施工速度慢等方面,探讨了掘进机电气控制系统未来的发展趋势,主要包括截割的自动化控制、煤岩界面的自动识别和截割过程的可视化等.研究可以为煤矿的高效掘进提供一定的技术参考.
Electrical Control System of Coal Mine Tunneling Machine
During underground coal mining,the tunneling machine is an important equipment for tunnel excavation.The electrical control system of the tunneling machine is the foundation for its normal operation.With the development of the times,there are still some shortcomings in the existing electrical control system of tunneling machines,which need further improvement.This paper analyzed the main functions of the electrical control system for coal mine tunneling machines,including cutting control,attitude and position control,equipment fault alarm and protection.It summarized the shortcomings in the operation of the electrical control system,mainly including high failure rate,high worker operation intensity,and slow construction speed.It explored the future development trend of the electrical control system for tunneling machines,mainly including automatic control of cutting,automatic recognition of coal rock interface,and visualization of the cutting process.The research can provide certain technical references for the efficient excavation of coal mines.
