综采面中液压支架快速回撤工艺的应用优化

在煤矿机械化开采水平不断提高的情况下,需要采煤各工序有效配合,确保开采效率.结合部分煤矿工作面的支架回撤工作来看,传统的回撤工艺存在效率低、人力成本浪费及隐患大等问题,严重影响工作面整体的回撤进度.为此,在了解案例煤矿传统回撤工艺的不足后,基于单轨吊机车设备、液压支架调移装置,从设计思路、准备工作、回撤流程3 方面进行了支架快速回撤工艺的研究,并对新回撤工艺进行了应用实践,以期加快支架的回撤速度,提升煤矿企业的效益,增加其他采煤作业的时间,满足企业井下高效开采的需要.
Application Optimization of Hydraulic Support Rapid Retraction Process in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
With the continuous improvement of mechanized mining level in coal mines,it is necessary to effectively cooperate with various mining processes to ensure mining efficiency.Based on the support retraction work of some coal mine working faces,the traditional retraction process has problems such as low efficiency,waste of labor costs,and significant hidden dangers,which seriously affect the overall retraction progress of the working face.Therefore,after understanding the shortcomings of the traditional retraction process in the case coal mine,a study was conducted on the rapid retraction process of the support based on the design concept,preparation work,and retraction process of the monorail crane equipment and hydraulic support adjustment device,and the new retraction process was applied in practice to accelerate the retraction speed of the support,improve the efficiency of the coal mining enterprise,increase the time of other coal mining operations,and meet the needs of efficient underground mining for the enterprise.
