摘要

分析选煤厂粗煤泥处理中存在的问题,引进D5FG1216 叠层高频细筛提高筛分及脱泥效率,实现粗煤泥高效处理.对D5FG1216 叠层高频细筛结构及技术特点进行分析,并对改造前后粗煤泥处理效果、经济效益进行评价.现场应用后,D5FG1216叠层高频细筛在提高粗精煤产率、降低洗选成本以及提高脱泥降灰效果方面取得显著成果.

Abstract

The problems existing in the treatment of coarse slime in coal preparation plants were analyzed.D5FG1216 layered high-frequency fine screen was introduced to improve the screening and desliming efficiency and realize the efficient treatment of coarse slime.The structure and technical characteristics of D5FG1216 layered high-frequency fine screen were analyzed,and the treatment effect and economic benefit of coarse slime before and after transformation were evaluated.After field application,the D5FG1216 layered high-frequency fine screen has achieved remarkable results in improving the yield of coarse and refined coal,reducing the washing cost and improving the desliming and ash reduction effect.
