摘要

提高煤炭资源采出率和原煤生产效率是衡量煤炭企业高质量发展的重要指标,对厚煤层采用综采放顶煤采煤工艺是当前的唯一选择.分别对两套放顶煤开采装备在地质条件、生产效率、安全管控和顶板管理方面以及支架倒架歪架的事故进行分析,提出了同煤层同地质条件下选择合适的放顶煤开采装备的方向.

Abstract

Improving the recovery rate of coal resources and the production efficiency of raw coal is an important index to measure the high-quality development of coal enterprises,and adopting fully-mechanized top coal caving technology for thick coal seam is the only choice at present.Two sets of top coal caving mining equipment in the geological conditions,production efficiency,safety control and roof management,as well as the support sliding and falling accidents were analyzed,and the direction of selecting the appropriate top coal caving mining equipment under the same coal seam and geological conditions was put forward.
