Influencing Factors during Rapid Charging of Vehicle Gaseous Hydrogen Storage Bottles
As one of the important components of hydrogen energy vehicles,vehicle hydrogen storage bottles are of great significance for China to achieve green and low-carbon transformation.In this paper,a 35 MPa high-pressure hydrogen storage bottle considering turbulence and fluid heat transfer was established.Through numerical simulation,various initial filling conditions affecting rapid filling parameters such as temperature rise,pressure rise,and filling time were simulated and analyzed.It was found that the main factor affecting the final temperature after filling was the initial temperature,the main factor affecting the filling time was the mass flow rate,and the main factor affecting the hydrogen filling amount was the initial pressure.The hydrogen storage amount at the time of filling was linearly related to the final temperature,and the hydrogen storage amount decreased with the increase of the final temperature.
