富油煤原位热解地下开采及提质方案研究

富油煤是重要的煤基油气资源.通过对三塘湖煤田汉水泉、条湖和白石湖矿区煤质特征及煤的热解产物进行分析,探讨了研究区煤原位热解地下开采的可行性与提质利用方案.研究结果表明:汉水泉矿区富油煤热解半焦产物性能指标好,条湖、白石湖矿区富油煤半焦灰分质量分数过高,超过了相应指标,其利用受限制;结合矿区实际情况,应优先发展煤的低温干馏与煤焦油的加氢制取产业,获得燃料油及相关化工产品,采用梯级利用模式;结合研究区富油煤结构特征与热解性能,提出"液化为主、气化为辅、原位固碳"的分级利用模式.
In-situ Pyrolysis Underground Mining and Quality Improvement Schemes for Rich Oil Coal
Rich oil coal is an important coal based oil and gas resource.Through the analysis of the coal quality characteristics and pyrolysis products in Hanshuiquan,Tiaohu and Baishihu mining areas of Santanghu Coalfield,the feasibility and quality improvement utilization plan of in-situ pyrolysis underground mining of coal in the study area were discussed.The research results indicate that:the performance indicators of the pyrolysis semi-coke products of rich oil coal in Hanshuiquan mining area are good.However,the utilization of rich oil coal in Tiaohu and Baishihu mining areas is limited due to the high ash mass fraction of the semi-coke exceeding the corresponding indicators.Based on the actual situation in the mining area,priority should be given to the development of low-temperature dry distillation of coal and hydrogenation of coal tar to obtain fuel oil and related chemical products,and adopt a cascade utilization model.Based on the structural characteristics and pyrolysis performance of rich oil coal in the research area,a graded utilization model was proposed,which was mainly based on liquefaction,supplemented by gasification,and in situ-carbon fixation.
