摘要

对山西省一 1.2 Mt/a矿井型选煤厂工艺进行初步设计研究,入选原煤灰分质量分数为 19.53%,设计要求精煤灰分质量分数为 10%,水分质量分数小于 12%,根据对煤质资料的分析设计出合理的洗选工艺流程.开展工艺流程相关计算后得到精煤产率为 46.47%,灰分质量分数为 9.69%,浮选精煤的产率为 25.62%,灰分质量分数为 9.58%,中煤的产率为 18.10%,灰分质量分数为 26.52%,矸石的产率为 6.32%,灰分质量分数为 71.34%,浮选尾煤的产率为 3.49%,灰分质量分数为74.62%,提高了煤矿企业的利润.阐述了选煤厂工艺特征,为后续研究及建设提供借鉴.

Abstract

A preliminary design study was conducted on the process of a 1.2 Mt/a coal preparation plant in Shanxi Province.The selected raw coal ash mass fraction was 19.53%,and the design required the ash mass fraction of clean coal to be 10%and the moisture mass fraction to be less than 12%.Based on the analysis of coal quality data,a reasonable washing process was designed.After carrying out the relevant calculation of the process flow,the yield of clean coal was 46.47%,the ash mass fraction was 9.69%,the yield of flotation clean coal was 25.62%,the ash mass fraction was 9.58%,the yield of middling coal was 18.10%,the ash mass fraction was 26.52%,the yield of gangue was 6.32%,the ash mass fraction was 71.34%,the yield of flotation tail coal was 3.49%,the ash mass fraction was 74.62%,which improved the profits of coal mining enterprises.The process characteristics of the coal preparation plant were elaborated,providing reference for subsequent research and construction.
