5G背景下的煤矿智能化建设研究

在煤矿井下机械化开采程度不断提高的情形下,参考当前 5G技术发展新背景,需要提高煤矿建设的智能化水平,增强生产管理质量.但结合部分煤矿的开采实际来看,其智能化升级存在系统框架不合理、功能不全面和平台建设缺乏等不足,无法提高矿采智能性.为此,结合 5G技术特点提出煤矿智能化系统框架,基于 5G核心网络(UPF/MEC下沉)、5G承载网络(BUU承载)进行系统各层面的要点分析.最后进行智能管理平台设计,并在系统试验中明确系统功能的可靠性,以期满足煤矿智能化建设的需要.
Intelligent Construction of Coal Mines under Background of 5G
With the continuous improvement of mechanized mining degree in coal mines,referring to the new background of 5G technology development,it is necessary to improve the intelligence level of coal mine construction and enhance the quality of production management.However,based on the actual mining situation of some coal mines,there are shortcomings in the intelligent upgrade,such as unreasonable system framework,incomplete functions,and lack of platform construction,which cannot improve the intelligence of mining.To this end,a coal mine intelligent system framework was proposed based on the characteristics of 5G technology,and the key points of each level of the system were analyzed based on the 5G core network(UPF/MEC sinking)and 5G carrier network(BUU carrying).Finally,the design of an intelligent management platform was carried out,and the reliability of the system functions was clarified in the system test,in order to meet the needs of intelligent construction in coal mines.
