摘要

对山西汾西A矿 3308 综采工作面带式输送机监控系统布置情况、存在问题进行分析,发现带式输送机监控系统主要存在转载点堵塞无法及时检测、输送带撕裂故障检测效率低、运行感知不完善等问题.在现有的监控系统基础上,提出通过引进先进的AI技术、巡检机器人、感温光纤及运行控制技术等用于监控系统感知增强、故障诊断及智能巡检、环境参数监测及运行控制.工程应用后,构建的智能化监控系统可实现对带式输送机运行的实时监测、故障及时预警及沿线环境监控,在提高带式输送机运行可靠性及运行感知能力等方面效果显著,为后续矿井构建智能化运输系统创造了良好条件.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the layout and existing problems of belt conveyor monitoring system in 3308 fully-mechanized mining face of Fenxi A Mine in Shanxi Province,it was found that the monitoring system of belt conveyor mainly had problems such as failure to monitor coal stacking in time,low detection efficiency of conveyor belt tear fault and imperfect operation perception.Based on the existing monitoring system,it was proposed to introduce advanced AI technology,inspection robot,temperature optical fiber and operation control technology for monitoring system perception enhancement,fault diagnosis and intelligent inspection,environmental parameter monitoring and operation control.After engineering application,the constructed intelligent monitoring system can realize real-time monitoring of belt conveyor operation,timely fault warning and environmental monitoring along the line,and has remarkable effects in improving the operation reliability and operation perception ability of belt conveyors,creating good conditions for the follow-up construction of intelligent transportation system of the mine.
