摘要

以挖金湾矿 8107 综采工作面为研究对象,为了顺利推进和完成其智能化建设,研究制定了综采工作面智能化建设管理和实施方法.在智能化管理过程中要做好安全管理、生产管理、质量管理和人员管理.在智能化建设过程中,需要以人才培养为基础,安全生产为导向,技术创新为驱动,同时要建立完善的质量管理体系.具体做法包括设备选型与配置、生产过程优化、采取安全管理措施和提高质量标准与管理水平.这些管理经验和建设方法对于有效完成智能化建设有积极作用,对其他智能化工作面建设具有启示与借鉴意义.

Abstract

Taking 8107 fully-mechanized mining face of Wajinwan Coal Mine as the research object,in order to promote and complete intelligence smoothly,the intelligent construction management and implementation methods of the fully-mechanized mining face have been developed.In the process of intelligent management,it is necessary to do a good job in safety management,production management,quality management and personnel management.In the process of intelligent construction,it is necessary to take talent cultivation as the foundation,safety production as the guidance,technological innovation as the driving force,and establish a sound quality management system.The specific measures include equipment selection and configuration,production process optimization,safety management,and improving quality standards and management levels.These management experiences and construction methods have a positive impact on effectively completing intelligent construction,and have inspiration and reference significance for the construction of other intelligent working faces.
