摘要

将DSJ 80/40/2×40 型永磁滚筒直驱带式输送机作为研究对象.随着其驱动结构形式的改变,需要对传动装置部分改造设计,设计好结构之后计算出带式输送机圆周驱动力及各滚筒所受张力,根据实际受载情况进行有限元分析.分析结果显示,传动装置强度满足要求,仿真结果能够为传动装置的进一步优化提供理论参考.

Abstract

DSJ 80/40/2×40 permanent magnet drum direct drive belt conveyor was taken as the research object.With the change of its driving structure,the transmission device needed to be redesigned.After designing and modifying the structure,the circumferential driving force and tension of each drum of the belt conveyor were calculated.Finite element analysis was conducted based on the actual load situation.The analysis results showed that the strength of the transmission device met the requirements,and the simulation results can provide further reference for component improvement and optimization.
