摘要

综采工作面在回采完成后,如何实现安全回撤是煤矿企业重点关注的问题.8107 工作面即将回采完成,但在停采线附近存在 1 个断层,导致顶板比较破碎,因此,为了实现安全收尾,在末采阶段采用了铺网停采的安全技术.首先,介绍了铺网停采技术方案,主要包括铺网前割煤工艺、铺网后割煤工艺和停采支护;然后,分析了铺网停采的施工工艺;最后,制定了铺网停采过程的安全技术措施,以期为工作面末采的收尾工作提供一定的技术参考.

Abstract

How to achieve safe retreat after the completion of mining in the fully mechanized mining face is a key concern for coal mining enterprises.The 8107 working face is about to be mined,but there is a fault near the stopping line,which causes the roof to be relatively broken.Therefore,in order to achieve a safe ending,the safety technology of laying nets and stopping mining was adopted in the final mining stage.Firstly,the technical scheme for stopping mining after laying the mesh was introduced,which mainly includes the coal cutting process before laying the mesh,the coal cutting process after laying the mesh,and the support for stopping mining.Then,the construction process of stopping mining for laying nets was analyzed.Finally,safety technical measures were formulated for the process of laying nets and stopping mining,in order to provide some technical reference for the final mining work of the working face.
