松软煤层工作面片帮分析及防治技术研究

以5102 采煤工作面为研究对象,对煤壁片帮的内在及外在因素展开了详细的分析,并制定了一系列防治措施,以增强松软煤壁自身的承载能力和降低顶板下沉对煤壁的影响.通过"超前大范围注水+局部注浆"的方式可以提高松软煤体的强度,采用ZF 2600/17/26 型液压支架不仅能够增强顶板管理效果,还能够减少顶板下沉量,给煤壁提供一定的支护作用力.工程应用后,5102 采煤工作面后续回采期间片帮发生率明显降低,实现了松软煤层片帮的有效防治.
Wall Caving of Soft Coal Seam Working Face and Prevention and Control Technology
Taking 5102 coal mining face as the research object,a detailed analysis was conducted on the internal and external factors of the coal wall caving,and a series of prevention and control measures were formulated to enhance the bearing capacity of the soft coal wall itself and reduce the impact of roof subsidence on the coal wall.The strength of soft coal body can be improved by the method of"advanced large-scale water injection+local grouting".The use of ZF 2600/17/26 hydraulic support can not only enhance the management effect of the roof,but also reduce the subsidence of the roof and provide certain support force to the coal wall.After engineering application,the occurrence rate of soft coal seam caving during the subsequent mining period of 5102 coal mining face was significantly reduced,achieving effective prevention and control of soft coal seam caving.
