A study was conducted on the rapid replacement technology of strong belts for the main inclined shaft belt conveyor in coal mines.Firstly,the common problems of belt conveyor replacement in coal mine production and the shortcomings of existing processes were analyzed;then,based on the background of the main lifting belt conveyor belt replacement project,a new rapid replacement process for strong belts was proposed,achieving the goal of rapid replacement;finally,it was applied in practical engineering to achieve rapid belt replacement,demonstrating the applicability of this process.
