摘要

为提高王家岭矿火灾防治能力、确保煤炭生产安全,结合矿井主采的 4#煤层赋存情况、自然发火特点等,对煤炭回采期间自然发火因素进行分析,并基于"预防为主、综合治理"理念确定注氮、灌浆及堵漏风等防灭火技术方案.以4#煤层 18105 采煤工作面为工程实例,对采取的防灭火技术措施进行详细分析,现场应用后采面回采期间未出现自然发火征兆.研究成果可为其他矿井火灾防灭火方案制定提供借鉴经验.

Abstract

In order to improve the ability of fire prevention and control in Wangjialing Coal Mine and ensure the safety of coal production,the factors of spontaneous combustion during coal mining were analyzed in combination with the occurrence of 4#coal seam and the characteristics of spontaneous combustion,etc.,and based on the concept of"prevention first and comprehensive treatment",the technical solutions of nitrogen injection,grouting and air leakage prevention were determined.Taking 18105 coal face of 4#coal seam as an engineering example,the technical measures for fire prevention and control were analyzed in detail.The research results can provide experience for other mine fire prevention and control schemes.
