大倾角巷道带式输送机变坡点防飘带技术研究

确保带式输送机平稳可靠运行是实现井下采掘工作高效开展的基础.以 11305 底抽巷DTⅡ带式输送机为研究对象,结合现场情况对带式输送机运行情况进行分析,发现在变坡点带式输送机容易出现飘带问题.结合现场需要进行防飘带方案的初步设计及优化设计,在初步设计时提出在变坡点增设压带轮、采用搭接运输两种方式进行防飘带,分析后发现存在输送带磨损严重、结构复杂等问题.为此,在初步设计基础上进行优化设计,在转载点增设H型机架、改向滚筒等改变输送带高度及位置,从而满足变坡点运输需要,并对优化设计方案进行详细分析.工程应用后,11305 底抽DTⅡ带式输送机平稳运行,变坡点输送带未出现飘带、跑偏、撒料、异常磨损等问题,应用效果明显.
Anti-flapping Belt Technology of Belt Conveyor at Grade Change Points in Large Inclination Roadway
Ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of belt conveyor is the basis for realizing the efficient development of underground mining work.Taking DTⅡ belt conveyor in 11305 floor extraction roadway as the research object,combined with the field situation,the operation of the belt conveyor was analyzed,and it was found that the belt conveyor was prone to flapping problems at grade change points.The preliminary design and optimization design of the anti-flapping scheme was carried out according to site requirement.It was proposed to add compression belt wheels at the grade change points and adopt lap transportation to prevent flapping.After analysis,it was found that there were problems such as serious wear and complex structure of the conveyor belt.Therefore,the optimization design was carried out on the basis of the preliminary design.The height and position of the conveyor belt were changed by adding H-frame and reversing drum at the transfer point,so as to meet the needs of the grade change point transportation.The optimization design was analyzed in detail.After engineering application,the DTⅡ belt conveyor in 11305 floor extraction roadway run smoothly,and the conveyor belt at the grade change points did not appear flapping,deviation,scattering,abnormal wear and other problems,and the application effect was obvious.
