综采工作面坚硬顶板爆破弱化技术研究

为解决坚硬顶板综采工作面采空区悬顶面积大、矿压显现异常以及采空区瓦斯涌出大等问题,以 3505 综采工作面为研究对象,提出采用爆破弱化技术处理顶板,并结合现场情况针对性制定顶板爆破弱化方案,分析工程应用效果.在3505 综采工作面切眼架间、回采巷道内均布置爆破钻孔,对顶板 9.6 m范围内岩层进行弱化,并具体给出爆破孔布置参数及施工方案.工程应用后,3505 综采工作面初次来压步距控制在 18.6~25.6 m,来压强度较小,表明采用的爆破弱化技术可实现采空区顶板及时垮落,可为采面安全创造良好条件.
Weakening Technology of Hard Roof Blasting in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
To solve the problems of large hanging roof area,abnormal mining pressure,and large gas emission in the goaf of the hard roof fully mechanized mining face,taking 3505 fully mechanized mining face as the research object,it was proposed to use blasting weakening technology to treat the roof,and develop a targeted roof blasting weakening scheme based on the on-site situation,and analyze the engineering application effect.Blasting boreholes were arranged between the cutting frames and in the mining roadway of 3505 fully mechanized mining face to weaken the rock strata within 9.6 m of the roof,and specific blasting hole layout parameters and construction schemes were provided.After engineering application,the initial compaction step distance of 3505 fully mechanized mining face was controlled at 18.6-25.6 m,with a relatively low compaction intensity,indicating that the blasting weakening technology used can achieve timely collapse of the goaf roof and create good conditions for mining face safety.
