摘要

煤矿井下主要采用带式输送机运输煤炭,由于巷道存在变坡点,在运输过程中凹弧段会出现曲率半径较大的情况,从而导致皮带从托辊上跳起,对带式输送机的稳定性造成了一定的影响.因此,为了防止输送凹弧段出现飘带现象,对扩充巷道、增设压带装置、二次卸载分段运输 3 种方案进行了对比分析,并选出了最优方案.

Abstract

Belt conveyors are mainly used to transport coal underground in coal mines.Due to the existence of grade change points in the roadway,the concave arc section may have a large curvature radius during transportation,which can cause the belt to jump off the rollers and have a certain impact on the stability of the belt conveyor.Therefore,in order to prevent the occurrence of belt flapping in the concave arc section of the conveyor,a comparative analysis was conducted on three schemes:expanding the roadway,adding pressure belt devices,and secondary unloading segmented transportation,and the optimal scheme was selected.
