Electromechanical Equipment Problems and Daily Maintenance of Coal Mine Underground Tunneling Machines
This paper deeply explored the problems and daily maintenance of the electromechanical equipment of coal mine underground tunneling machines.Due to the special environment and harsh working conditions of coal mines,the electromechanical equipment of underground tunneling machines often malfunctions and has a short service life,seriously affecting coal mine production and safety.Solutions and improvement measures were proposed to address these issues,such as regular equipment inspections,timely cleaning,reasonable lubrication,and timely maintenance and replacement.These measures can improve the efficiency of electromechanical equipment,extend its service life,reduce the failure rate,and ensure the safety and stability of coal mine production.The research provides important reference for the maintenance of the electromechanical equipment of coal mine underground excavation machines,which helps to improve the efficiency and safety of coal mine production.
