Application of High-voltage Permanent Magnet Direct Drive Integrated Machine in Belt Conveyors
In order to solve the problems of low transport capacity,complex drive system structure,high operating cost and high failure rate of the belt conveyor in+860 m horizontal main transport roadway,the transport capacity improvement scheme was analyzed from the aspects of increasing bandwidth and increasing belt speed,and the drive transformation scheme was determined by comparing and analyzing AC-DC-AC variable frequency drive and high-voltage permanent magnet direct drive integrated machine.It was determined to improve the reliability and speed of the drive system of the belt conveyor in+860 m horizontal main transport roadway by using the high pressure permanent magnet direct drive integrated machine,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the transport capacity of the belt conveyor,simplifying the structure of the drive system and reducing the operating cost.After engineering application,the transport capacity of the belt conveyor in+860 m horizontal main transport roadway can meet the needs of coal transport,while equipment operating costs and subsequent maintenance costs were reduced,and the field effect was remarkable.
