高应力复用巷道围岩支护技术研究与应用

针对二次复用巷道 33(4)19 材料巷受采动影响围岩变形量大的问题,结合巷道矿压显现规律,提出采用锚网索+U型钢棚+注浆加固的联合支护方式.通过优化锚网索和U型钢棚支护参数,确定注浆时机、注浆材料、注浆参数等方式,提高围岩支护强度.采用十字布点法监测围岩变形量可知,优化后相对于优化前最大顶底板变形量、两帮移近量分别减小了约53%、73%,支护效果较好,能够满足二次复用的要求.
Research and Application of Surrounding Rock Support Technology for High-stress Reuse Roadway
In view of the large deformation of surrounding rock in the material roadway 33(4)19 affected by mining,combined with the mining pressure development law of roadway,the combined support method of anchor mesh cable+U-shaped steel shed+grouting reinforcement was proposed.The supporting strength of surrounding rock was improved by optimizing the supporting parameters of anchor mesh cable and U-shaped steel shed,and determining the grouting time,grouting materials and grouting parameters.By using the cross distribution method to monitor the deformation of surrounding rock,it can be seen that the maximum deformation of roof and floor and the proximity of two sides were reduced by about 53%and 73%respectively after optimization,and the supporting effect was good,which can meet the requirements of secondary reuse.
