摘要

以正文煤业 11105 孤岛工作面为研究对象,针对 11105 材料顺槽掘进期间存在上覆小煤窑开采破坏区、围岩应力集中及断层构造等问题,结合以往施工经验及现有的顶板管理技术,提出采用以锚网索、架棚为主的差异化支护技术方案,并具体给出围岩支护技术方案.工程实践结果表明,11105 材料顺槽采用的差异化支护方式可有效管控顶板,满足了复杂条件围岩控制需要,有效降低了安全隐患,达到了安全有效支护的目的.

Abstract

Taking 11105 isolated island working face of Zhengzheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,aiming at the problems such as mining failure area of overlying small coal pit,stress concentration of surrounding rock and fault structure during the excavation of 11105 material crossheading,combined with previous construction experience and existing roof management technology,a differentiated support technology scheme based on anchor net cable and scaffolding was proposed,and the technical scheme of surrounding rock support was given in detail.The engineering practice results show that the differentiated support method adopted by 11105 material crossheading can effectively control the roof,meet the needs of surrounding rock control under complex conditions,effectively reduce the safety risks,and achieve the purpose of safe and effective support.
