针对斜沟煤矿 18106 工作面顺槽带式输送机推移速度慢问题,构建一种自移式伸缩机架,并详细阐述该自移式伸缩机架结构、运行控制方式.将自移式伸缩机架安装在顺槽带式输送机自移机尾与H架之间,转载机前移时配合自移机尾一次最多拆除 3 组机架(9m).自移式伸缩机架在 18106 工作面顺槽带式输送机中成功应用后,可取消生产班班中拆机架工序,所有的机架全部在检修班期间拆除,提高设备开机率,满足综采工作面"多刀一移"的需要,同时具有输送带调偏、调高、自行前移等功能,能够减少停机时间,保证带式输送机顺畅运行.
Application of Self-moving Telescopic Frame in Tail of Belt Conveyor in Crossheading
In view of the slow moving speed of the belt conveyor in crossheading of 18106 working face in Xuigou Coal Mine,a self-moving telescopic frame was constructed,and the structure and operation control mode of the self-moving telescopic frame were described in detail.Install the self-moving telescopic frame between the self-moving tail of the belt conveyor in crossheading and the H frame.When the conveyor moves forward,a maximum of 3 sets of frames(9 m)will be dismantled at one time.After the successful application of the self-moving telescopic frame in belt conveyor in crossheading of 18106 working face,the dismantling process of the frame in the production shift can be canceled,and all the frames are removed during the maintenance shift,improving the equipment opening probability,meeting the need of"multi-cut and one-moving"of the fully-mechanized mining face,and it has the functions of conveyor belt adjustment,height adjustment,self-moving forward,etc.,which can reduce the downtime,anf ensure smooth operation of the belt conveyor.
