摘要

石港煤业为突出矿井,15#煤层瓦斯含量比较大.为解决 15#煤层瓦斯问题,综合分析了 15#煤层瓦斯基本情况,制定瓦斯预抽区域措施,分别针对巷道掘进、工作面回采制定了相应措施,巷道预抽控制范围为巷道轮廓线两帮15 m,孔间距4m;工作面预抽钻孔孔间距 2m,抽采半径 1m.通过后期效果考察,15107 工作面预抽达标周期为 180 d,采用穿层预抽钻孔进行掘进巷抽采效果良好.

Abstract

Shigang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is a prominent mine with a relatively high gas content in 15#coal seam.In order to solve the gas problem in 15#coal seam,a comprehensive analysis of the basic gas situation in 15#coal seam was conducted,and measures for gas pre-extraction were formulated.Corresponding measures were taken for roadway excavation and working face recovery,with a pre-extraction control range of 15 m on both sides of the roadway contour line and a hole spacing of 4 m;the spacing between pre-drilled holes at the working face was 2 m,and the extraction radius was 1 m.Through post production performance evaluation,the standard pre-extraction period of 15107 working face was 180 d,and the pre-extraction drilling through the layers had a good effect on the extraction of the excavation roadway.
