Application of Floor Comb Drilling Extraction Technology in Complex Strata
In the current coal mining,some coal seams have complex characteristics such as soft coal quality,thin thickness and high gas pressure,which make it difficult to efficiently carry out gas extraction operations.To this end,the comb directional drilling and extraction technology was summarized first,and then the basic geological characteristics of a coal mine was clarified by taking the excavation of+960 m horizontal transport extension roadway as an example.Secondly,the design and construction of extraction boreholes were analyzed according to the practice.7 main directional boreholes were designed,and 56 comb branches were added to the main boreholes.Finally,the technology was applied in practice,and the extraction effect was discussed.The average concentration of gas extraction in single hole and the average pure amount of gas extraction were higher,which can improve the safety of roadway excavation.
