摘要

电控系统是掘进机的核心部件.煤矿井下环境恶劣,掘进机运行时电控系统容易发生各种故障,这使得掘进的效率受到极大的影响.为了保证掘进机的高效运行,必须对掘进机电控系统进行改进.分析了掘进机电控系统存在的问题,主要有故障诊断困难、控制方式复杂和维修成本高 3 个方面.探讨了掘进机电控系统改进方案,决定加入故障诊断系统并采用PLC进行控制.可以为煤矿掘进机的设计提供一定的参考.

Abstract

The electronic control system is the core component of the tunneling machine.The underground environment of coal mines is harsh,and the electronic control system of the tunneling machine is prone to various malfunctions during operation,which greatly affects the efficiency of tunneling.In order to ensure the efficient operation of the tunneling machine,it is necessary to improve the electronic control system of the tunneling machine.Firstly,the problems with the electric control system of the tunneling machine were analyzed,mainly including difficulty in fault diagnosis,complex control methods,and high maintenance costs.Then,the improvement plan for the electric control system of the tunneling machine was discussed,including the addition of a fault diagnosis system and the use of PLC for control.This can provide some reference for the design of coal mine tunneling machines.
