摘要

平煤股份四矿己16.17-23160 工作面末采回撤期间,回风巷需施工大断面支架拆装间,受近距离煤层群开采影响,己16.17-23160 回风巷支架拆装间处于上覆己15-23140 机巷、己15-23160 瓦斯尾巷下方,通过现场钻探实测上下煤层距离及老巷状况,针对末采期间工作面超前支承应力影响和围岩状况,优化棚索联合支护方式,改进施工方法,实现安全高效生产和精准有效支护.采用数值模拟的方法进行分析验证,为近距离煤层群复杂条件工作面末采回撤期间大断面支架拆装间施工和支护技术提供可靠的技术经验支持.

Abstract

During the final withdrawal period of Ji16.17-23160 working face in No.4 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,a large section support disassembly and assembly room needed to be constructed for the return airway.Due to the impact of close range coal seam mining,the Ji16.17-23160 air return roadway support disassembly and assembly room was located below the overlying Ji15-23140 machine roadway and Ji15-23160 gas tail roadway.Through on-site drilling and actual measurement of the distance between the upper and lower coal seams and the condition of the old roadway,the combined support method of shed and cable was optimized to address the impact of advanced support stress and surrounding rock conditions during the final mining period.The construction method was improved to achieve safe and efficient production as well as precise and effective support.The numerical simulation method was adopted for analysis and verification,providing reliable technical experience support for the construction and support technology of large section support dismantling and installation rooms during the final mining retreat period of complex working faces in close range coal seam groups.
