超前注浆在巷道掘进过破碎带围岩控制中的应用

以 3905 运输巷掘进过断层破碎带为工程背景,针对锚网索喷支护方式支护断层破碎带围岩期间漏顶、片帮以及围岩变形控制效果不佳等问题,提出通过超前注浆方式加固顶板破碎岩体,为巷道掘进及后续支护工作创造良好条件.结合 3905 运输巷现场条件,具体给出超前注浆材料类型、注浆钻孔布置方案、注浆工艺等,并进行工程应用.结果表明,超前注浆可显著提升破碎围岩整体稳定性、强度等,巷道过破碎带期间未再出现漏顶、片帮等问题,同时顶底板、巷帮变形量分别控制在 64、61 mm以内,围岩变形量整体较小.
Application of Advance Grouting in Control of Surrounding Rock of Roadway Tunneling through Broken Zone
In view of the poor deformation control effect of the roof leakage,wall collapse and surrounding rock deformation during the supporting of the surrounding rock of roadway in the fault fracture zone by the anchoring mesh and cable shotcrete support,it was proposed to strengthen the fractured rock mass of the roof by advance grouting to create good conditions for roadway excavation and subsequent support work.Based on the site conditions of 3905 transport roadway,the types of grouting materials,the layout of grouting holes and the grouting technology were given in detail,and the engineering application was carried out.The results show that the advance grouting can significantly improve the overall stability and strength of the broken surrounding rock,and no problems such as roof leakage and wall collapse occur again during the roadway passing through the broken zone;at the same time,the deformation of the roof and floor and the roadway wall were controlled within 64 mm and 61 mm respectively,and the deformation of the surrounding rock was small on the whole.
