摘要

为探索大断面煤巷所适用的支护方案,以王家岭煤矿 18110 工作面切眼导硐为例,通过FLAC3D软件对锚杆索长度、间排距等支护参数取值对支护方案的影响展开模拟,进而提出一套煤巷支护方案.结果表明:为在支护效果和经济性之间达到平衡,顶锚杆和帮锚杆长度均按 2.4 m确定;锚杆长度应严格控制,过长段的锚固作用较为微弱;通过控制锚杆间排距以减小煤巷围岩变形的效果并不明显,但锚索间排距的缩小可明显减小顶板及侧帮变形.

Abstract

In order to explore the support scheme for large section coal roadways,taking the cutting excavation of 18110 working face in Wangjialing Coal Mine as an example,FLAC3D software was used to simulate the influence of support parameters such as anchor cable length and spacing on the support scheme,and a set of coal roadway support schemes was proposed.The results indicated that in order to achieve a balance between support effectiveness and economy,the length of the top anchor rod and the side anchor rod were both determined at 2.4 m;the length of the anchor rod should be strictly controlled,and the anchoring effect of excessively long sections was relatively weak;the effect of reducing the deformation of coal roadway surrounding rock by controlling the spacing between anchor rods was not significant,but the reduction of the spacing between anchor cables can significantly reduce the deformation of the roof and side walls.
