退役风电叶片中热固性复合材料资源化流程研究进展

摘要
风能因其无污染、可再生的优势成为中国新型能源体系的重要组成部分.中国风电行业发展较久,早期风电机组面临退役问题.早期风电叶片的主要成分为由玻璃纤维和环氧树脂组成的热固性复合材料.热固性复合材料的资源化流程可以归纳为前处理、过程处理和应用 3 个阶段.着重介绍了过程处理中机械处理、热处理和化学处理的现行方案.随着风能产业的不断发展,相关研究可为退役风电叶片资源化利用提供参考.
Abstract
Wind energy,due to its pollution-free and renewable advantages,has become an important part of new energy system.The wind energy in China has developed over a long period,and early wind turbines are facing decommissioning issues.The main components of early wind turbine blades are thermosetting composite materials made of glass fiber and epoxy resin.The resource utilization process of thermosetting composite materials can be summarized into three stages:pretreatment,process treatment,and application.This discussion focused on the current schemes of mechanical treatment,thermal treatment,and chemical treatment in process treatment.As the wind energy industry continues to develop,relevant research can provide reference for the resource utilization of decommissioned wind turbine blades.
