摘要
当下,中国处于经济转型的关键时期,绿色低碳循环发展是"十四五"规划的重点工作内容.江苏省作为中国的GDP大省,需要在保证经济快速增长的同时实现低碳目标.基于此,对江苏省低碳政策文本进行了研究,对政策的落实及发展趋势进行了量化分析,并根据结果对未来政策发展进行了思考.
Abstract
Now China is in a critical period of economic transformation,and green,low-carbon,and circular development is a key focus of the 14th Five-Year Plan.As a major GDP province in China,Jiangsu Province needs to achieve low-carbon goals while ensuring rapid economic growth.Based on this,the low-carbon policy text in Jiangsu Province was studied,the implementation and development trends of the policy were quantitatively analyzed,and future policy developments were considered based on the results.
