摘要

露天矿山在采掘作业过程中形成了大量的采空区,由于采空区的性质比较特殊,对矿山正常的开采作业造成一定影响,处理不好容易引起采空区塌陷等安全事故.因此,在露天矿山生产中,加大采空区塌陷爆破技术的研究力度显得尤为必要.基于此,以A露天矿区作为研究对象,从台阶爆破机理、采空区爆破参数优化和爆破方案的确定 3 个方面,对露天矿山采空区塌陷爆破技术展开论述,以期对露天矿山生产安全性的提升有所帮助.

Abstract

During the excavation process of open-pit mines,a large number of goaf are formed.Due to the special nature of goaf,they have a certain impact on the normal mining operations of the mine.If not handled properly,it is easy to cause safety accidents such as goaf collapse.Therefore,in the production of open-pit mines,it is particularly necessary to increase the research efforts on collapse blasting technology in goaf.Based on this,taking A open-pit mining area as the research object,this paper discussed the collapse blasting technology in the goaf of open-pit mines from three aspects:step blasting mechanism,optimization of goaf blasting parameters,and determination of blasting scheme,in order to help improve the production safety of open-pit mines.
