摘要
煤矿安全生产事关国计民生,做好风险辨识与应急响应工作至关重要.基于对煤矿生产中各类主要风险的分析,从加强风险辨识与评估、提升应急响应能力等方面入手,结合典型事故案例和相关数据,系统探讨了煤矿安全管理的现状、问题与对策.研究表明,建立健全风险辨识评估机制、优化应急管理体系、强化安全教育培训、加大安全投入等,是提升煤矿安全管理水平的关键举措.研究成果可为煤矿企业加强安全管理提供理论指导和实践参考,对于推动煤炭行业安全发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
Coal mine safety production is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,so it is very important to do a good job in risk identification and emergency response.Based on the analysis of various main risks in coal mine production,the status quo,problems and countermeasures of coal mine safety management were systematically discussed from the aspects of strengthening risk identification and assessment,improving emergency response ability combining typical accident cases and relevant data.The research shows that establishing and improving the risk identification and evaluation mechanism,optimizing the emergency management system,strengthening safety education and training,and increasing safety investment are the key measures to improve the level of coal mine safety management.The research results can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for coal mine enterprises to strengthen safety management,and have important significance for promoting the safety development of coal industry.
