摘要

电网系统的稳定性和安全性是保障中国经济发展的基础.公共楼宇作为体量大、质量优的需求响应资源,是电力负荷消峰、电网系统稳定的重要支撑.针对中国公共楼宇的空调负荷情况,提出基于需求响应的公共楼宇空调负荷控制模型和管理策略,这对提高中国电网运行的安全性和稳定性具有重要意义.

Abstract

The stability and safety of the power grid system are the foundation for ensuring China's economic development.Public buildings,as large and high-quality demand response resources,are an important support for peak power load reduction and grid system stability.A demand response based air conditioning load control model and management strategy for public buildings in China were proposed,which is of great significance for improving the safety and stability of China's power grid operation.
