Influence of Frosting on Performance of Air Source Heat Pumps
According to the actual engineering operation data of air source heat pump, the influence of frosting on the performance of air source heat pump was analyzed. The results show that air source heat pump for heating can improve energy utilization efficiency;at the same time, frost caused by the unit heat production attenuation is an unavoidable problem during the operation of air source heat pump, the normal frost process heat production attenuation rate is 10%-23%,and the heating capacity has a greater attenuation when the tube-fin heat exchanger is frozen during the abnormal defrosting process, the attenuation rate of which is as high as 45%.This will lead to inefficient use of energy, requiring the consumption of more electricity to make up for the attenuation of heat generated by air source heat pump.
