摘要
依托山西寿阳潞阳祥升煤业有限公司南回风立井建设项目,构建了变频节能参数自适应模型,介绍了基于风量估算的通风系统变频节能方法,并将该方法在不同通风系统工作频率下的节能效果与模糊灰关联投影法及变频-旁路工频控制技术的节能效果进行了对比.结果表明,采用基于风量估算的变频节能方法在 40、45 Hz工作频率下节能效果均优于模糊灰关联投影法和变频-旁路工频控制技术,在 2 种工作频率下,最大节省电量均为 15 kW·h.
Abstract
Based on the south air-return shaft construction project of Shouyang Luyang Xiangsheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi,a variable frequency energy-saving parameter adaptive model was constructed.A ventilation system variable frequency energy-saving method based on air volume estimation was introduced,and the energy-saving effect of this method at different ventilation system operating frequencies was compared with the fuzzy grey correlation projection method and variable frequency bypass power frequency control technology.The results showed that the energy-saving effect of using the variable frequency energy-saving method based on air volume estimation was better than that of the fuzzy grey correlation projection method and the variable frequency bypass power frequency control technology at operating frequencies of 40 Hz and 45 Hz.At both operating frequencies,the maximum power savings were 15 kW·h.
