摘要

为了解决传统瓦斯高抽巷造价高、难度大的问题,采用定向长钻孔技术达到"以孔代巷"治理瓦斯的目的.结合理论对工作面采动卸压瓦斯富集区域进行了分析,并得出钻孔布置垂直高度为 15~60m,水平范围为 0~48m,钻孔数量为 6个.现场应用表明,1号定向钻场 15 kPa负压抽采钻孔内的平均瓦斯抽采体积分数约 6.0%,抽采期间工作面上隅角瓦斯体积分数均控制在 0.60%以下."以孔代巷"取得了较好的瓦斯治理效果.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of high cost and difficulty of traditional gas high level suction roadways,directional long drilling technology was used to achieve the purpose of"replacing roadway with hole"gas control.Through theoretical analysis,the mining pressure relief gas enrichment area of the working face was analyzed,and the vertical height of the drilling holes was 15-60 m,the horizontal range was 0-48 m,and the number of drilling holes was 6.The field application results showed that the average gas extraction volume fraction in the 15 kPa negative pressure extraction borehole of 1#directional drilling field was about 6.0%,and the gas volume fraction in the corner of the working surface was controlled below 0.60%during gas extraction."Replacing roadway with hole"achieved better gas control effect.
