地面注浆加固裂隙带防治水害技术研究

以长春兴煤矿 22601 工作面为工程背景,通过对断层裂隙带注浆加固机制进行理论分析,研究如何预防 22601工作面开采过程中断层活化导通五家沟煤矿 5214 工作面采空区积水.研究发现,浆液在围岩内部发挥了 2 种重要作用,即形成了一个网格骨架,提供了围岩的支撑;浆液充填了裂隙并在裂隙壁后进行加固.因此对注浆加固作用机制及注浆加固过程中注浆压力与扩散半径的相互变化关系进行分析,研究合理的注浆设计方案.在工程实践中,通过钻探法和物探法进行检查,将注浆前与注浆后结果进行比较,结果显示复查区域注浆加固效果明显,证明注浆加固裂隙带设计可满足煤矿高效安全生产需求.
Water Damage Prevention and Control Technology in Fracture Zone Reinforced by Ground Grouting
Based on the engineering background of 22601 working face of Changchunxing Coal Mine,this paper studied how to prevent the water accumulation in goaf of 5214 working face of Wujiagou Coal Mine from fault activation during the mining process of 22601 working face through the theoretical analysis of grouting reinforcement mechanism of fault fracture zone.It was found that the slurry played two important roles within the surrounding rock,forming a mesh skeleton and providing support for the surrounding rock;the slurry filled the cracks and reinforced them behind the crack walls.Therefore,the mechanism of grouting reinforcement and the relationship between grouting pressure and diffusion radius in the process of grouting reinforcement were analyzed,and the rational grouting design scheme was studied.In engineering practice,the results before and after grouting were compared through drilling and geophysical inspection.The results showed that grouting reinforcement effect was obvious in the review area,which proved that the design of grouting reinforcement fracture zone can meet the needs of efficient and safe production in the coal mine.
