In order to better meet the needs of intelligent tunneling dust control,based on the analysis of the existing wet dust removal method,it was proposed to apply the foam dust removal system to the roadway dust control.In order to meet the demand of intelligent tunneling roadway dust reduction,the traditional foam dust removal device was improved.At the same time,the intelligent degree of foam dust removal system was improved by adding remote control units,compressed air and pressurized water solenoid valves,etc.The field application in 10201 transport roadway of A Coal Mine in Shanxi Province showed that the foam dust removal system can improve the head-on environmental quality and visibility,and the total dust removal efficiency was more than 83.0%.
