摘要

为了消除西湾露天煤矿东部端帮涌水威胁,基于矿区烧变岩地层水文地质分析结果,提出了端帮涌水帷幕注浆截流技术方案.从技术可行性、安全耐用性和经济可靠性 3 方面对帷幕带钻孔排数、注浆半径、钻孔间距等技术参数进行了对比分析,优选了最佳帷幕截流技术方案,确定了施工工艺流程,并对帷幕截流工程实践效果进行了监测分析,发现矿坑涌水量得到了有效控制.

Abstract

In order to eliminate the threat of water gushing at the east end of Xiwan Open-pit Coal mine,based on the hydrogeological analysis results of burned rock strata in the mining area,a technical scheme of end slope water gushing curtain grouting and interception was proposed.And technical parameters such as the number of boreholes,grouting radius and borehole spacing of curtain belt were compared and analyzed from three aspects:technical feasibility,safety and durability and economic reliability,the optimal curtain interception technology scheme was selected,the construction process was determined,and the practical effect of curtain interception engineering was monitored and analyzed.It was found that the water inflow in the mine was effectively controlled.
