Verification of Underground Ventilation Capacity in Coal Mines
In coal mining, due to the interference of harsh underground environment, ventilation work needs to be done well to prevent accidents such as gas exceeding the limit. For this reason, taking the underground operation of A Coal Mine as an example, based on the understanding of the geology of the main mining face, the required air volume was calculated from the coal mining face, driving face, tunnel, backup working face, other ventilation tunnels and other ventilation locations.Based on the actual ventilation situation, the assessment of ventilation capacity was carried out,and it was concluded that the monitoring value of the intake air volume was greater than the calculated value of the required air volume, which can meet the wind demand of the mine. Finally, the verification of air volume calculation was carried out,and it was found that the air volume at each location met the relevant provisions of Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
