摘要

井下机电设备故障诊断技术的应用可有效降低事故发生概率.分析了矿山机电设备故障对生产效率和人身安全的危害,探讨了现有传统检修技术存在的问题,并总结了矿山机电设备出现故障的原因,包括设备自身损耗、超负荷工作和设备工艺技术落后等因素.通过对皮带输送机和液压支架电液控制系统的应用实例进行分析,阐述了智能故障诊断技术在矿山机电设备领域的应用和优势,明确了建立智能机电设备故障诊断体系是未来的发展趋势,可以为煤矿机电设备提供快速、精准的故障诊断服务.

Abstract

The application of fault diagnosis technology of underground electromechanical equipment can effectively reduce the probability of accidents.The harm of mine electromechanical equipment failure to production efficiency and personal safety was analyzed,the existing problems of traditional maintenance technology were discussed,and the reasons for the failure of mine electromechanical equipment were summarized,including equipment loss,overload work and backward equipment technology.Based on the analysis of the application examples of the electro-hydraulic control system of belt conveyor and hydraulic support,the application and advantages of intelligent fault diagnosis technology in the field of mine electromechanical equipment were expounded,and it was clear that the establishment of intelligent fault diagnosis system of electromechanical equipment was the future development trend,which can provide rapid and accurate fault diagnosis services for mine electromechanical equipment.
