提升煤巷采掘效率的施工工艺优化研究

随着现代矿山建设的快速发展,巷道开采所面临的地质环境日益复杂,经常会导致巷道采掘不均和支护困难.在煤矿巷道采掘过程中,如果采掘速度超过了支护速度,便会导致煤炭采掘效能显著下降,对企业的经济效益造成一定的影响.此外,巷道采掘质量也会影响矿山的生产,因此,提高煤巷采掘效率至关重要.以山西A矿为例,分析了影响煤巷采掘效率的因素,探讨了提高煤矿巷道掘进效率的施工工艺.
Optimization of Construction Technology to Improve Efficiency of Coal Roadway Mining
With the rapid development of modern mining construction,the geological environment faced by roadway mining is becoming increasingly complex,often leading to uneven roadway mining and excavation,and difficult support.In the process of mining in coal mine roadways,if the mining speed exceeds the support speed,it will lead to a significant decrease in coal mining efficiency,which will have a certain impact on the economic benefits of the enterprise.In addition,the quality of roadway mining can also affect the production of mines,therefore,improving the efficiency of coal roadway mining is crucial.Taking A Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzed the factors that affect the efficiency of coal roadway mining and explored the construction technology to improve the efficiency of coal roadway excavation.
