为解决煤矿主煤流运输系统多部带式输送机运行期间存在的效率低、安全隐患多、智能化控制程度低及岗位多等问题,结合现场实际情况构建了带式输送机智能远程集中控制系统.通过永磁直驱系统提高了驱动系统的传动效率,并为后续的智能化远程控制奠定了基础,该系统还运用了融合智能监控和智能巡检技术.现场应用后,地面监控中心可远程控制井下主煤流运输系统的运行,并实现了系统的自动启停、智能调速、故障预警,提高了煤矿生产的运行效率,降低了劳动成本.
Intelligent Remote Centralized Control System for Mining Belt Conveyors
To solve the problems of low efficiency,multiple safety hazards,low level of intelligent control,and multiple positions during the operation of multiple belt conveyors in the main coal flow transportation system of coal mines,an intelligent remote centralized control system for belt conveyors was constructed based on the actual situation on site.The permanent magnet direct drive system improved the transmission efficiency of the drive system and laid the foundation for subsequent intelligent remote control.The system also utilized integrated intelligent monitoring and intelligent inspection technology.After on-site application,the ground monitoring center can remotely control the operation of the underground main coal flow transportation system,and achieve automatic start stop,intelligent speed regulation,and fault warning of the system,improving the operational efficiency of coal mine production and reducing labor costs.
