摘要

曙光煤矿 3218 回风巷受二次动压影响,围岩破坏较为严重,因此,提出了采用爆破切顶卸压技术以降低基本顶垮落时释放的能量,从而达到保护巷道的目的.通过数值模拟确定了切顶高度为 9m,角度为 15°,并提出采用"锚网索+架棚"的加强支护方式,进一步提高了巷道围岩的强度.施工后,巷道最大煤帮侧位移量和顶板下沉量分别为 115、173 mm,证明了使用爆破切顶卸压技术和加强支护能够有效保证巷道的安全使用.

Abstract

The 3218 air return roadway of Shuguang Coal Mine was affected by two times of dynamic pressure,and the surrounding rock damage was relatively serious,therefore the blasting roof-cutting pressure relief technology was proposed to reduce the energy released during the collapse of the basic roof,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the roadway.Through numerical simulation,the cutting height was determined to be 9 m,the angle was 15°,and the strengthening support method of"anchor net cable+scaffolding"was proposed to further improve the strength of the surrounding rock.After construction,the maximum coal side displacement and roof subsidence of the roadway were 115 mm and 173 mm respectively,which proved that the use of blasting roof-cutting pressure relief technology and strengthening support can effectively ensure the safe use of the roadway.
