Variable Frequency Drive Control in Coal Mine Lifting Winches
Taking the lifting winch in the 2nd mining area of the No.2 coal seam of Yushupo Coal Mine as the research object,the shortcomings of the existing speed regulation methods were sorted out,and a transformation scheme using frequency conversion speed regulation technology to replace traditional series resistance speed regulation was proposed.Through practical transformation and parameter setting,the application effect of the frequency conversion speed regulation system in the lifting winch was demonstrated.The measured data shows that the variable frequency speed control system achieves soft start and soft stop of the winch,improves the production efficiency of the coal mine,and achieves significant energy-saving effects.At the same time,it has comprehensive protection functions,which can ensure the safe operation of the hoist.
